 Ayurveda for Beginners  course (4 Weeks)

 Ayurveda  beginners course  helps you in understanding the concept of Ayurveda, its Mind- Body- Soul and other basic principles which one can adopt to keep healthy & balance.

Our Ayurveda teacher & Yoga guru at Ayuskama rishikesh will help you to formulate a deep understanding of this ancient discipline that has been practiced for centuries. Any beginner who wishes to develop their Ayurveda practice further can continue their learning here as Ayuskama Rishikesh further advanced levels of Ayurveda study.

This course includes both theory & practical session ( four hrs class )

(Duration of class can be changeable/optional if students have some query or question or want to practice more, time of class can be increased or students can practice longer hrs in extra time)

Note: Accommodation depends on availability, prior booking is recommended


Eligibility: No prior Ayurveda knowledge required.

 Ayurveda advance level course (Eight weeks program)


Duration : Eight weeks (Sunday off)

This course include both theory & practical session ( four hrs class )

Student can join Ayurveda panchakarma treatment during free time (we offer special discount for student for treatments)

Student can join drop in Yoga, meditation, mantra chanting, pranayama class (we offer special discount for student for Yoga classes)

Student will get private non ac room with attach bath room & wifi facilitates. We offer Indian Ayurveda food, it's include three meals a day.
