AYTTC 200 hour (Ayurveda Yoga teacher training course) is an intensive program for those students who want to study Ayurveda & Yoga together . It’s specially design course to understand the concept of balance of mind, body & soul by following the principle of Ayurveda & Yoga together. In this course you will study how we can combine Yoga & Ayurveda in therapeutic way, learn to balance & transform yourself with traditional Ayurveda & Yoga therapies. This Ayurveda Yoga teacher training course is organized by professional Yoga guru and Ayurvedacharya. Ayuskama Rishikesh offers Ayurveda & Yoga teacher training courses and Ayurveda & Yoga retreats internationally.


1. Ayurveda for Beginners (4 Weeks)

This course includes both theory & practical session.

Eligibility: No prior Ayurveda knowledge required.
Duration: Four weeks (Sunday off)
It’s daily three & half hour class (two hrs Ayurveda & one and half hours Hatha Yoga class) (except Sunday)
(Duration of class can be changeable/optional if students have some doubts or question or want to practice more, time of class can be increased or students can practice longer hrs in extra time)

Course Fee:

Rs. 40,000 (without food & accommodation)
Rs. 71,000 (with food & accommodation)
